Persuasive, right from the start

A few days ago, I gave a talk about persuadability in Barcelona, and one of the audience, Alberto Caimi from Acuista ? a computer and electronics store ? came forward to give me his card.



Nothing new there.

But when I turned the card over, I saw how when we talk about selling more online, we need to use every chance we get to invite more users to visit our site and buy.

On the same card, Alberto offered me a 5-Euro discount against my first purchase. I have no idea how effective it is, but it speaks volumes about Acuista?s clear orientation towards developing and extending its business.
